Before You Order

Thank you for choosing us to create your custom cake! Before placing your order, please review the following important details to ensure a smooth and seamless experience:

• Deposit & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery. Orders will not be fulfilled without full payment.

• Order Changes & Rescheduling: While orders cannot be canceled, we understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date.

• Pickup & Delivery: Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup or be available at the agreed-upon delivery time. We are not responsible for cakes left unclaimed beyond the scheduled pickup window.

• Transportation & Storage: Cakes should be transported flat in an air-conditioned vehicle. Upon pickup, you assume full responsibility for the condition of the cake. We recommend storing cakes in a cool, dry place or refrigerated if necessary.

• Design & Customization: While we strive to bring your vision to life, all cakes are handmade, and slight variations may occur. Colors and design details may appear differently due to lighting, screen displays, or natural variations in ingredients.

• Allergy Disclaimer: Our cakes are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
